The recount should perhaps have included Rangwe constituency which had a 96.4% turnout - the highest in the country and an obvious red flag if one is looking for stuffing. All my friends are heathens, take it slow. Wait for them to ask you who you know. Please don't make any sudden moves.

There were I think 9 registered voters, they all knew each other. There was one mlevi who had not voted by around 4 and they had to go for him to come vote A needy child's education depends on you.
