Good Job Lady Admin. Now that is moderating.
Much obliged...
By the way, how comes you don't encourage us to use the 'Report Abuse' button?
You need to conduct some 'civic education' on it especially now.

what does that mean in view of failed technology???
Key words MAY, they therefore are not compelled.
The constitution however doesnt push for the use of technology in elections
true that though someone need to pay for the lost Tax payers billions. This is another scam. That Audit was important to establish what really caused the system to fail for future elections just like the rejected votes petition is aimed for future elections. Did I read someone that Malawi dropped the Electronic System?

As a layman, would someone explain to me why IEBC would be unwilling to give the register as its being requested? Why exactly is it difficult apart from the voluminous nature?
IEBC has not refused. This register in in over 33k ballot boxes in 290 constituencies across the country. they said they are willing - but IT WILL TAKE TIME!!
if there was a claim of 1.5million 'fake' voters, the most obvious thing the supreme judges should do is ask the petitioner to point those out from the register, the next step should be for IEBC to prove(or fail) that those are indeed existing human Kenyans eligible to vote. A sample of maybe 40 or 50 should work.

I like the intensity and detail of the case, it's one thing justice being done and bigger thing justice being seen. A few days and someone will stop disturbing the country once and for all, in law.

I think a commission of inquiry is best suited for that, its the best forum to evaluate such matters.
