I suppose after orders from "above" we're to silently digest contents of the video and no unsolicited opinions.

My guess...he's objecting to anything that would amount to delay in arguing the substance and merits of the Petition. IEBC were ordered by Lenaola to furnish infro to Cord. My wild guess is that they did. So Cord just playing delaying tactics.

Security Message for U.S. Citizens on Election Ruling March 25, 2013 This is to inform U.S. citizens in Kenya that the Kenyan Supreme Court is expected to rule on the petitions challenging the presidential election result by March 30, 2013. The decision may be announced during the Easter holiday weekend, a time when many people go out of town. There could be a strong public reaction to the announcement; therefore, the U.S. Embassy strongly urges all U.S. citizens to avoid gatherings, demonstrations, downtown business areas, slums, and large crowds of any kind. Remember even gatherings intended to be peaceful can turn violent with little or no warning. Demonstrations could also lead to traffic congestion and possible road closures. U.S. citizens are advised to be cautious and monitor local media for the latest information on demonstrations and traffic disruptions, particularly those who plan to spend the holiday away from home. Someone makes an accusation and wants the accused to help them produce all the evidence for them. Wasn't this case supposed to be a slam dunk following all the 'evidence' on Youtube? All my friends are heathens, take it slow. Wait for them to ask you who you know. Please don't make any sudden moves.
