Law is an .......that's why. It's how well you argue your case.... if you can convince the judge that your client is blind, even if he's just strolled in from playing golf, then you win.

As a layman, would someone explain to me why IEBC would be unwilling to give the register as its being requested? Why exactly is it difficult apart from the voluminous nature?

thats everybodies question.it took 2 days to bring the R.Os to Nairobi,bomas the marked registers under regulation should be at constituency level those are 291 only hata siku moja imetosha pekee yake...

This is exactly what I thought would happen once this show commences....lack of focus at work just like during the tallying process.

Ok for those lucky enough to watch at their work stations...what's going on noww?!!?
