"Every person attending the scrutiny or seconded as an observor thereof shall maintain the secrecy of the entire process and shall not without lawful cause or with the permission of the Registrar of the court
(a) Communicate to any person any information obtained at thode proceedings.
(b) attempt to ascertain for purpose of communication to a third party any information thereto.Every person who acts in contravention of the above provision shall be guilty of an offence liable to be imprisoned for a term not exceeding five (5) years"
