Lawyer 2. What do you mean,I served you a notice to produce!
Lawyer 3. Produce what?
Lawyer 2.What I served you to produce!
Lawyer 1.But you haven't served me anything!
Lawyer 2. I did so.It was a 'notice to'not a serve!

What if the court rules for a re-run based on tallying issues etc? Will the same IEBC oversee it?

Yes, unless the constitution is amended. The only body authorized under the constitution is the IEBC

Actually the court can rule that the current IEBC lacks credibility and call for a new vetting process for a new commission!

This re tallying should not reveal any rude shocks otherwise ni kubaya Sad

Suppose the court rules that the current IEBC are sacked then a fresh election called then a re-run is initiated can Ubako hold that long?
Can he hand over power to his current deputy, the VP Kalonzo Musyoka?

If current IEBC is disbanded and they insist on electronic verification and tallying then we wait 6months to a year for a new election!

This is why I the re tally by the SC MUST add up to exactly what IEBC announced! If there is any discrepancy Mutunga's hands will be tied.. Pray

Looks like I'm alone on this one...I'll wait for a bit more feedback, else I'll concede.

I posed this question before I,ll try dig up the post truth be told kuna well respected lawyers who know their stuff in and out...he,s not it at all...2/10

In an earlier exchange we were discussing Ahmednassir,s perfomance(the average.he got was 4/10) allow me to digress a bit...my top ten list would have; Ken Fraser of HHM, followed by GO, Pheroze Nowrojee, Waweru Gatonye, Kiragu Kimani, I.T. Inamdar, Fred Ojiambo, Fred Ngatia and Githu Muigai in that order... Ahmednassir nampea kama number 30 hivi.

This guy dennis gave this reply on a thread on facebook am not a guru but find it interesting

Dennis Itumbi Very simple Reply from me...this is crap. First of all SCOTT is the default Oracle username and in most cases the default password is Tiger..so nothing new there.."by the way in Oracle 9i Application Server (9iAS) are installed with over 160 default usernames and passwords, including (1) SYS, (2) SYSTEM, (3) AQJAVA, (4) OWA, (5) IMAGEUSER, (6) USER1, (7) USER2, (8) PLSQL, (9) DEMO, (10) FINANCE, and many others, which allows attackers to gain privileges.
US-CERT VU#712723: Oracle 9iAS default configuration uses well-known default passwords......that said TNA had no servers at Kencall....and come on give me two computers and i will present to you this exact video the same way it is....tell them on the computer they claim to have access to to print four Random word documents that are not in public domain and display them
Life is an endless adventure
