By the way, have they discussed Itumbis petititon?

Stand alone petition and will have no effect on the stutus quo...But for future reference it is important.

Ngatia and Oraro tops.....Miss Kilonzo very solid. IEBC lawyers just like their BVR kits.

That retallying process .. will the judges reveal the nitty gritty outcome publically.. or will they use the finding just to make final judgment?

Modern legal process is just too complex. Too much legal talk and all what we need is "who won" and " who lost". Njuri Ncheke, athuri a nyumba etc would have decided the issues is a few hours sitting, have a mbuzi for all parties to partake, shake hands and all go home satisfied. This one the lawyers are lining their pockets, the SC sitting to hear what they are paid to do and the taxpayers foot the bill!

Even my 10 yrs old daughter knows who the winner was but no "opinions" here. Lets keep watching and wait for the obvious later in the week.

What if the court rules for a re-run based on tallying issues etc? Will the same IEBC oversee it?

Yes, unless the constitution is amended. The only body authorized under the constitution is the IEBC

Actually the court can rule that the current IEBC lacks credibility and call for a new vetting process for a new commission!

This re tallying should not reveal any rude shocks otherwise ni kubaya Sad

Suppose the court rules that the current IEBC are sacked then a fresh election called then a re-run is initiated can Ubako hold that long?
Can he hand over power to his current deputy, the VP Kalonzo Musyoka?
