Missed out some, but issues for determination from what I heard from the Supreme Court ruling:

2. No of registered voters, valid votes cast, rejected votes
3. Scrutiny of all Forms 36 used by IEBC for presidential vote tallies
4. Accuracy or otherwise of total tallies of presidential votes as indicated in Form 34, including no of registered voters against principal register
6. Retallying of presidential vote in 22 pollying stations using Form 34/36
7. Retallying to determine whether voters cast exceeds registered voters
8. Retallying to be carried out On 26-Mar at 8am

Results by 4pm on 27-Mar
Petitioners/Responders shall have 10 agents to act as observers
Oath of secrecy administered in relation to this exercise

Aluchiri comes up more respectfully asking to be enjoined;
should presidential candidates have stood

Very capable feedback by Ms. Kethi D. Kilonzo in complete opposition to the petition. I couldn't help noticing her father nodding silently in agreement smile
