Ahmednassir isnt a serious fellow...and Ngatia has no point. In our laws the Applicant has the last bite at the cherry. You cannot as a respondent say you want to file a further affidavit in reply to an Applicant's further affidavit. Look at this timelines: Petition filed on March 16, IEBC and UK/Ruto respond on March 20 and 21 (out of time) they do not supply all evidence.CORD team goes to Court before Lenaola J and get an order to compel. They serve the documents requested on Saturday 23rd.They now under the guiding principles of the Supreme Court Rules file the FINAL affidavit on Saturday (the 900 page one which roughly 890 of those are exhibits BY IEBC) then they now want to file another reply to their own documents? Really? Ahmednassir's brief is simple. Delay delay delay delay

Do you understand why there was a 9-day period before pre-trial conference? Court Registrar had three days to publish petition, the next three days were for the Petitioner to serve Respondents, Respondents had another three days to respond. Out of time? Hope you are answered.

Or it depends on who is who, for whom and when?

Hope no one is relying on volume of files rather than value of evidence. Remember Ocampo parading his truckload of files at the Hague? Half of the accused are already scotfree before the trials begin. Can verbose and voluminous filings sometimes be a cover for emptiness?

890 exhibits and you dont want the other parties to respond to those exhibits? - pray how are the other parties supposed to respond to the contents of the new affidavit and numerous exhibits?

All my friends are heathens, take it slow. Wait for them to ask you who you know. Please don't make any sudden moves.

Dear Lady Admin, may I be granted permission to discuss the petition not with regards to substance, but with regards to the show on tv?

For starters, if we are going to spend all morning trying to figure out the usefulness of busybodies aka amicus...when will this case ever get heard?

tell me how you separate discussing the proceedings and progress by parties there in and the actual live court proceedings there is a very thin divide...anyway all in all I apogise for making personal statements about Ahmednassir and Ngatia who indeed were running around in circles especially the former...
