Really?

Quote:
The issues of financial management have a profound bearing on electoral integrity. If the IEBC can’t pass the test of financial integrity, Kenyans shouldn’t expect it to pass electoral probity and integrity.

This I observed first-hand as a lawyer who participated in the process. This is worrying in that, having seen how some of the commissioners cut corners with the law and integrity, what guarantees do we have that the same commissioners will not do the same on March 4?

The challenge as is (which is seized, is not grounded on evidential merit to justify the prayers sought).

So, in layman's terms, the guy who hired the IEBC commissions then criticised their integrity and is now defending them.

I love Kenya!

A classic case of a mind that does not know what the hands are writing!

I thought he is defending IEBC at the petition...strange to write such a damning article.

I also found it quite strange...IEBC then is completely not aware of what has been said about them if they can a hire a severe critic as their defender...Can be sure this will be a focus in the course of this weak.

That article was written in february and minds can change within that span of time.Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly

What time are the supreme court hearings starting? I need to know when to tune on.

And if there's a constitutional lawyer in the house could you tell us if it's true that the IEBC is on the same level as the supreme court meaning that the supreme court has no authority over IEBC.

My next question is, since the PM was part of rubberstamping the IEBC and his office procured and shipped the faulty BVR kits, shouldn't he/his office be a respondent as well?

BBI will solve it

She didn't say she was a returning officer. She could have been a party agent. No problem with that, is there?
