@AlphDoti, If Christ is under mistaken identity by Christians, then his second coming is subject also to a failure to correctly assert whether he has come or not.

And if only Muslims can identify the Christ correctly, then the Muslims must be able to communicate this truth to the Christians.

Therefore, the reasons you have given for Christ's second coming make either Christ or Islam or both, redundant, if they are to be taken as the main reasons.

But if the above are some of the events that will ensue, then we are in agreement.

How will the Muslim know that Christ has returned?

How will the Muslim know that Christ has returned?

This is very clear for Muslims. It is one of the signs of end of times, the day of resurrection.

The Bible describes vividly the End of Times
We see the godly forces confronting the evil forces of Satan, the deceiver Anti-Christ, and currupt tribe Gog and Magog.

The Quran and Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him)
Have foretold the return of Jesus (peace be upon him).
The Prophet Muhammad has prophesied about several events that will occur just before the advent of the day of judgment.
The return of Jesus will occur AFTER the Dajjal comes, meaning the Deceiver who claims to be God, who's referred to as Anti-Christ.
This deceiver will appear and attempt to deceive people into worshipping him.

What will happen?
Then, Jesus (the Messiah) will descend from Heaven,
- pursue and kill the Anti-Christ,
- and destroy the savage and unbelieving armies of two tribe evil tribes Gog and Magog,
- and bring peace and brotherhood to the World.
- Christians will recognize the truth and accept Jesus as a Muslim Prophet and Messenger of God.
- The religion of God (Islam) will justly rule the World.
- There will be no more oppression or wars, and peace will prevail.
- Furthermore, Christianity and Judaism will end.
- Every human being will be financially well-off and no one will accept charity.
- Jesus will perform Hajj (pilgrimage), marry, begets children, and die after living on Earth.
- His death will signal the beginning of the last days for humanity before the Day of Judgment.

Indication Of The Messiah's Return In Islam
1. There are over 100 signs http://www.jesuswillretu.../signs/signs_index.html
2.
...
121. The Appearance of False Messiahs

Indication Of The Messiah's Return In the Bible
1. The Emergence of False Messiahs
- and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people. (Matthew 24:11)
- He [Jesus] replied: "Watch out that you are not deceived. For many will come in my name, claiming, 'I am he,' and, 'The time is near.' Do not follow them. (Luke 21:8)

2. People Who Exploit the Religion for Their Personal Interests
- For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires (2 Timothy 4:3-4)

3. People Move away from the Religion's Moral Values
- People will be… lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God - having a form of godliness but denying its power. (2 Timothy 3:2-5)

4. Moral Degeneration
- People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy; without love, unforgiving, slanderous; without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good; treacherous, rash, conceited; lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God - having a form of godliness but denying its power. Have nothing to do with them. (2 Timothy 3:2-5)

5. The Coming of the Dajjal
- ..for that day will not come until the rebellion occurs and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the man doomed to destruction.
He will oppose and will exalt himself over everything that is called God or is worshiped, so that he sets himself up in God's temple, proclaiming himself to be God. (2 Thessalonians 2:3-4)

Summary
Both the Quran and the Bible state that various people will claim to be messiahs.
Such claims are baseless.
When Prophet Jesus (pbuh) comes again, no one will find any reason to the truth of who he is.
Prophet Jesus (pbuh) will appear in the clothes he was wearing when God raised him to Himself and will have unique superior characteristics.

Mind you, am still searching.

@jonna I say Keep researching my friend, you're doing well.
See Matthew 10:23
"But when they persecute You in this city, flee Ye into another:
for verily (most assuredly) I (Jesus) say unto You,
Ye shall not have gone over the cities of Israel till the Son of man (Jesus) be come.
"

So what happened, the disciples kept SCANNING THE CLOUDS!

These early followers of the Messiah, forever ran, forlornly fleeing persecution.
They ran from one city to another in Israel, scanning every dark cloud for the descent of Jesus (peace be upon him) in his second coming.
The missionaries see no anomaly in their millennium of unfulfilled prophecies.

I use it for recreational purposes and sometimes use hemp oil for cooking.

As to Jesus, I started thinking along those lines after meeting and travelling to so many places, then finally remembering where I come from, as in my ancestral place.

You see, from East, West, Cental and Southern Africa, people in these regions practiced the same traditions and customs and if they were/are different, it would be occasional differences.

Everyone that I have talked to always says that their history (education) teaches them (also us) that we came from somewhere else and not where we found our great great grandparents at.

Then I started looking at that bible and the stuff that Kikuyu's used to do is the same shit that old testament bible is talking about. I am of the second generation after independence mind you.

But this is where it all starts getting tricky. So, if we were practicing the old customs in the bible and then some one in the name of Jesus Christ comes from Africa to preach about the word of God, then that I will at least believe but this is not the case for this shit came with the europeans which begs (shit, I ain't capitalizing the word europeans, so stop giving me the red lines you idiot) the question whether even that new testament is true.

Now, as for Islam, that's a joke. Jamaa got kiphapha (kifafa) inside a cave then walah, islam is born.

Anyways, if you are made in the image of God, what does that make you??

@jonna I'm controling myself, to avoid calling names like "shit". Or "idiot" as you seem to like.

And you call yourself Jonah?
Do you know Jonah? You need to change your name.
You hit at the West and you turn back and call yourself their name?

You are not even like Jonah!
You see Jonah was reluctant to answer God's call. So God sends storm to test his faith.
Jonah ended up spending several days in the "shit" of a whale, trying to hide from God.
But he found that he could not hide.

If you never understood this story:
- it teaches us to be patient, especially in the face of adversity.
- It teaches us to remember God in the good times and the bad.
- It teaches us to remember God in this life so that He will remember us when we die.

So continue with "sh*t", you'll know how it feels when your times comes, inside grave. You'll know what Jonah was afraid of.

Anyway... don't hate what I'm going to say below about this weed of yours
You see, Islam has established clear principles in an easy and complete manner, which are aimed to protect the health of one’s soul, body, and mind.

Islam legalizes
all things that bring goodness and benefits toward human’s soul, body, and mind, and forbids all harmful things to them.

The aim is to secure and develop human personality in five main areas:
- life,
- family,
- mind,
- faith, and
- property.

As Allah (the Exalted and Glorified) has declared:
"O people! Eat of the lawful and pure things in the earth and follow not in the footsteps of the evil one (Satan). For surely he is your open enemy." (Quran 2:168)

Likewise, Islam prohibits
all foods and beverages that could harm one’s body and mind, or even kill him, such as any poisonous things and illegal drugs

We find this here:
"...and do not kill yourselves. Surely Allah is ever Compassionate to you.
And whoever does this by way of transgression and injustice We shall surely cast him into the Fire; that indeed is quite easy for Allah.
" (Quran 4:29-30)

You may not like it because you're already indulging
But the prohibition is for good reason
The limited pleasure causes big long-term damage to both your mind, your body and the society.
It is obvious that when a person adheres to these teachings of Islam, they automatically lead a healthier lifestyle.

God says in the Quran:
"Satan's plan is (but) to excite enmity and hatred between you with intoxicants and gambling and hinder you from the remembrance of Allah and from prayer, will ye not then abstain?" (Quran 5:90)

So you may cheat yourself that I feel pleasure
the feeling high. This is only short term.
But eventually you get addicted. The longer you use, the stronger the addiction becomes.
And once you become a true addict, you'll spend your life trying to acquire more of the weed.
And your other responsibilities, such as work and family, fall by the wayside.

Eventually
- You neglect your responsibilities at school, work, or home (e.g. neglecting your children) because of your drug use.
- You use drugs under dangerous conditions while driving or having unprotected sex.
- Your drug use may get you into legal trouble
- Your drug use will cause problems in your relationships
- Your eyes
- Your unusual smells on breath, body, or clothing.
- impaired coordination.

@Alph I've been using weed regularly for 10years with none of the effects you have mentioned above!

Before you discredit one of the creations of Allah find out whether weed causes any harm to the body consumed on its own??

In its purest natural form weed is a gift from Allah!

Whatever I wrote got lost.

But here's a piece of my mind so that you know I really don't give a shit about shit.

In Kenya, our parents have believed that education is everything and for some people, it certainly is because it means you can't use your God given brain, at least that's what it means to me. I freed up my mind while I was in my third year at campus and ever since then, I've known that wisdom and information is the bomb, not education that's currently or has always been touted to make people smart: to me, they are just little "educated brats of the system".

When it comes to adversities, trust me I've been through a lot and if it wasn't for that weed, there are so many things I would not question. Its like a sheep; it never thinks, just follows whatever the other sheep are doing.

So, as for you trying to regurgitate what you've learnt in those shitty ass places you call school or what the medical establishment says or even your parents, I don't give a crap and here's why:

1. Islam was founded in a cave by a guy who had schizophrenia, right?

2. Islam was founded 500 years after Christianity, right?

3. People have all over the world have always attempted to feel up the voids in the hearts by believing in something. Others are Christians, Muslims, Buddhists, etc etc. Now picture this scenario. If tomorrow was judgement day, who do you think will be allowed into the Kingdom of God? Is it the Christian, Muslim, the Sikh, the hindus, the jews, who the crap is it?? Everyone breathes oxygen that has been provided unto us by our Maker, its only religion and the system that's dividing people, right??

4. I've already seen death when I was facing my own shit but in the midst of all these, I realized who I am, that is with the help of marijuana. Now when it comes to the bible, I use it as a yardstick for its got so many secrets. Many people are passive readers, not active and as a result there's so much stuff that people end up missing and can't put two and two together.

Now, ponder on those shitty ass scenarios while I smoke some more blunts so that I can agitate you with more questions.
Energy.

I used to smoke this thing in college, but now I am wiser. I just eat makeki na macookie once in a while. They leave no evidence and the high is better.

@jonna so we should eat it because it was created, eh! No wonder this story:
'Young man, don't pick these mushrooms... They are poisonous and not edible. Well, I'm not picking them to eat them but to sell them.'

Use everything for the right purpose Shame on you Shame on you

...For instance, I don't know whether this theory holds water but lets say that Kenya had been colonized for 100 years since 1912 and in turn, Christianity has replaced our culture as it has. Now, since them people are the ones who came with it saying that Jesus Christ will be back in two thousand years and Christianity has only been in Kenya for a hundred years, does that mean that we as Kenyans are gonna be waiting for the next 1900 years??

Since you're smart guy, why don't you get out of this misconception too?
If only you could reflect, reconsider, research objectively with open heart and open mind the evidence about this man.

Do you know many great thinkers said about the Prophet Muhammad PBUH?
Some of the famous, contemporary personalities who read the biography of this man, could not help but admit that he was a master with excellent manners and an honorable character, and the following are some of their sayings:
I will quote a few:

Michael Hart , author of ‘The 100: A Ranking of the Most Influential Persons in History’ said:
"My choice of Muhammad to lead the list of the world's most influential persons may surprise some readers and may be questioned by others, but he was the only man in history who was supremely successful on both the religious and secular level.”

George Bernard Shaw, the British playwright said:
"The world is in dire need of a man with the mind of Muhammad; religious people in the Middle Ages, due to their ignorance and prejudice, had pictured him in a very dark way as they used to consider him the enemy of Christianity. But after looking into the story of this man I found it to be an amazing and a miraculous one, and I came to the conclusion that he was never an enemy of Christianity, and must be called instead the savior of humanity. In my opinion, if he was to be given control over the world today, he would solve our problems and secure the peace and happiness which the world is longing for.”

Annie Besant, wrote in ‘The Life and Teachings of Muhammad’:
"It is impossible for anyone who studies the personality of the great Prophet of the Arabs, and come to know how this prophet he used to live, and how he taught the people, but to feel respect towards this honorable prophet; one of the great messengers whom Allaah sent”

Alphonse de La Martaine wrote in ‘Historie de la Turquie’:
"If greatness of purpose, smallness of means, and astonishing results are the three criteria of a human genius, who could dare compare any great man in history with Muhammad? The most famous men created arms, laws, and empires only. They founded, if anything at all, no more than material powers which often crumbled away before their eyes. This man moved not only armies, legislations, empires, peoples, dynasties, but millions of men in one-third of the then inhabited world; and more than that, he moved the altars, the gods, the religions, the ideas, the beliefs and the souls. Philosopher, Orator, Apostle, Legislator, Conqueror of Ideas, Restorer of Rational beliefs... The founder of twenty terrestrial empires and of one spiritual empire -- that is Muhammad. As regards all standards by which human greatness may be measured, we may well ask, is there any man greater than he?”

J.W.H. Stab wrote in ‘Islam and its Founder ’:
"Judged by the smallness of the means at his disposal, and the extent and permanence of the work that he accomplished, no name in world's history shines with a more specious luster than that of the Prophet of Makkah. To the impulse, which he gave, numberless dynasties have owed their existence, fair cities and stately palaces and temples have arisen, and wide provinces became obedient to the Faith. And beyond all this, his words have governed the belief of generations, been accepted as their rule of life, and their certain guide to the world to come. At a thousand shrines the voices of the faithful invoke blessings on him, whom they esteem the very Prophet of God, the seal of the Apostles… Judged by the standards to human renown, the glory of what mortal can compare with his?”

Dr. Gustav Weil writes in ‘History of the Islamic Peoples ’:
"Muhammad was a shining example to his people. His character was pure and stainless. His house, his dress, his food - they were characterized by a rare simplicity. So unpretentious was he that he would receive from his companions no special mark of reverence, nor would he accept any service from his slave which he could do for himself. He was accessible to all and at all times. He visited the sick and was full of sympathy for all. Unlimited was his benevolence and generosity as also was his anxious care for the welfare of the community.”

The British philosopher, Thomas Carlyle, who won the Nobel Prize for his book ‘The Heroes’ wrote:
"It is a great shame for any one to listen to the accusation that Islaam is a lie and that Muhammad was a fabricator and a deceiver. We saw that he remained steadfast upon his principles, with firm determination; kind and generous, compassionate, pious, virtuous, with real manhood, hardworking and sincere. Besides all these qualities, he was lenient with others, tolerant, kind, cheerful and praiseworthy and perhaps he would joke and tease his companions. He was just, truthful, smart, pure, magnanimous and present-minded; his face was radiant as if he had lights within him to illuminate the darkest of nights; he was a great man by nature who was not educated in a school nor nurtured by a teacher as he was not in need of any of this.”

Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, the German writer said:
"Us, Europeans, with all our concepts could not reach what Muhammad has reached, and no one will be able to precede him. I have looked in the history of humanity for an example and found that it was Muhammad, as the truth must be revealed. Indeed, Muhammad succeeded to subdue the entire world to monotheism”.

2. Islam was founded 500 years after Christianity, right?

Actually, it is a fact that there is not different God than that of Christians, or that of Hindus, or Budhists, or that of Jews.
No, there's only one creator. There's only one source of creation, there's only one source in origin of existence and for us we bear witness that this is Almighty God.
Such declaration was made by Abraham, Moses, David, Solomon, Isaac, Jacob, Zakarayah, John the baptist, Jesus Christ son of Mary and of course the prophet Muhammad pbuh.

Muslims love Noah, Abraham, Moses, Zakaraya, David, Solomon, Isack, Ismael, Jacob, Lot, John, Jesus the Christ and Muhammad pbut.
They were all servants of God, "servants", who submitted their wills to God.

The problem is the doctrines that were brought 200 to 354 after Jesus at the Council of Nacea.
The Pagans idolaters, and Romans determined that Jesus Christ was a man-God.
And they are the ones who brought the idea of trinity, Son-ship and Divinity of Jesus Christ.

Jesus Christ himself had nothing to do with trinity, divity or calling himself son of God except as a generality.
The metaphor, that all of us are metaphorically, the sons of God. Not that God had a wife, then had a son beget, that God gave birth.

This is what the Quran tells us to remind our brothers and sisters who follow to be ware of.

Now, ponder on those shitty ass scenarios while I smoke some more blunts so that I can agitate you with more questions.

I pondered enough. Now I leave you with more information to show you that whatever came down 600 years after Jesus (peace be upon him) is but a continuation of.
Please prove that you are smart and intelligent by reading all the below and check them out in your Bible.

PLEASE READ THE BELOW AND CHECK IT UP!!!

First
Jesus tells them a day will come when they will not worship in Jerusalem. John 4:21. Yesu akamjibu, "Mwanamke, niamini, wakati unakuja ambapo hamtamwabudu Baba katika mlima huu, wala huko Yerusalemu."

Why? Because "Ninyi Wasamaria mnaabudu msichokijua."
Why? Because one day "Lakini saa yaja, tena ipo, ambapo wale waabuduo halisi, watamwabudu Baba katika roho na kweli." Those are the people God is looking for. Those who worship "..katika roho na kweli."

Secondly
So which place was Jesus talking about? Abraham was given two children. Moja kwa mwili (kiuno) i.e. Ismael na mwingine kwa ahadi i.e. Isaac. Isaac was 1st covenant, worshipping at Sinai. Ismael was 2nd covenant, worshipping God in spirit, in Arabia.

Thirdly
Who was given 2nd covenant? Mt. Parai is where Ismael was taken. Deut 33:1. Check it out in an encyclopaedia or Google it on the Internet and see where old Mt. Parani is. It is in Arabian peninsula.

Fourthly, now look at this
"Unabii Dhidi Ya Arabia" Isaiah 21:13. Yaani "Neno kuhusu Arabia... katika vichaka vya Arabia". Isaiah 42:1-13 speaks of the beloved of God. This messenger will bring down a law and "shall not fail nor be discouraged till he have set judgement on earth." Isaiah 42:11, connects that awaited one with the descendants of Ke'dar.

Fiftly
Who is Kedar? According to Genesis 25:13, Ke'dar was the second son of Ishmael. Your homework now: who is the ancestor? Which prophet was descended from Kedar, who descended from Ishmael?

Sixthly
Jesus said "ANOTHER COMFORTER will come".
John 14:16 "And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter..."
John 16:7 "Nevertheless I tell you the truth; it is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you..."
John 16:12-14 "I have yet many things to say unto you... when he, the Spirit of truth is come, he will guide you unto all truth... but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak... He shall glorify me"

Seventhly
Some will say that Jesus was refering to the Holy Spirit?
Proof 1: If there are 3 friends: Tom, Dick and Harry.
One day they're together talking and Tom tells Dick, I'll go and send Harry to come to you. Question is: does this make sense given that Harry is already there with them?
Proof 2: Remember the Spirit has always been there.
Proof 3: Before Jesus was born: When John was in his mother's womb Luke 1:15. Remember John was born before Jesus. Elizabeth was filled Luke 1:41. Zacharias was filled Luke 1:67.
Proof 4: After Jesus was born: Upon Simeon Luke 2:26. Upon Jesus Luke 3:22. Casting out devils by Spirit of God Matt 12:28. Casting out devils by Finger of God Luke 11:20.

Eigth and final.
God tells Israel about a prophet that will come. Deut 18:18 - Nitawainulia nabii kama wewe kutoka miongoni mwa ndugu zao, nitaweka maneno yangu kinywani mwake naye atawambia kila kitu nitakachomwamuru.
"Brethren" in Deut 18:18, refers to descendant of Abraham.
"Brethren" means descendant of your brothers. Moses descended from Isaac. So who were the brethrens of Isaac? Answer: chidren of his brother, Ismael.
Since Muhammad pbuh was descendant of Ismael, Abraham's first son, then Muhammad pbuh qualifies as a 'brother' to the Israelites, and is indeed the prophet God Moses about in Deut 18:18.

And For your comparison
Ways Muhammad pbuh was like Moses and Jesus pbuh unlike Moses. (1) Rejected by his people and then accepted: Moses Yes, Jesus No, Muhammad Yes. (2) Became a national leader: Moses Yes, Jesus No, Muhammed Yes. (3) Miraculous birth: Moses No, Jesus Yes, Muhammed No. (4) Encountered enemies in battle: Moses Yes, Jesus No, Muhammed Yes. (5) Family - married with children: Moses Yes, Jesus No, Muhammed Yes.

The Maker had a reason as to why he put that plant on earth. This world can confuse you but the moment you light up a joint, everything becomes clear, gives you stamina and helps you sleep. That stuff can make you become a critical thinker and observer. I sometimes whether the Wahenga were using it while composing their adages.

I'm responsing to you because you are smart brat. At least yu use your brain.
If you read my post, you'll realize I questioned things, I searched, and I made choices.

...So, as for you trying to regurgitate what you've learnt in those shitty ass places you call school or what the medical establishment says or even your parents, I don't give a crap and here's why:

you're in denial about so many things because of the sh*t you went through in your early life in Campus.
This pushed you to the use of the "weed".
This gave you an escape from your problems, to look cool and of course to fit in, at collage and now at work.

Since you're smart guy, why don't you get out of this misconception too?
If only you could reflect, reconsider, research objectively with open heart and open mind the evidence about this man.

The research is there which of cause turns people like you into believers. I get that. What I don't get is why is it not happening in our generation? Why is it always in the past? Kwani how special were those people in the past??

Do you know many great thinkers said about the Prophet Muhammad PBUH?
Some of the famous, contemporary personalities who read the biography of this man, could not help but admit that he was a master with excellent manners and an honorable character, and the following are some of their sayings:
I will quote a few:

This is what you can come up with?

Anyone can be a master only if they practice and enhance their God given talents.

Next.

They were all servants of God, "servants", who submitted their wills to God.
jonna wrote:

Am not going to read shit and here's the reason why:

1. People got power. Religion is for the sole purpose of fooling the masses.

2. Mathematically, if we were to try and figure out or prove with certainty that your Jesus is coming in 2000 years, I would simply take 20 generations of people who have lived for 100 years each. Now, what do you think the answer would be?

3. On a second note, I give up. Lets make some money and you are boring because you made my high come down.
Energy.

@Jonna, yesterday I visited some friends, and we lit some weed and talked about Jesus for hours on end. We were so happy and 'illuminated!'

So I thought that perhaps you and I could light another one and talk about these matters again. I'd prefer to start with my experiences.

First day I took it, I saw the 'game of society', an attempt to conceal crime and weakness.

@jonna you do not need to read!

Well, it is common sense to ask or learn about something first before you critisize.

Are those who know equal with those who know not?

@jonna seek the truth. Nobody is an expert of knowledge. Seek knowledge from trusted sources.
But the idea of feeling so perfect will only make you believe you have more worth than others.

You don't critisize shit you do not know Shame on you Shame on you

I do that a lot.I get lost in between two thoughts. They both make sense. Its practical when people experiment and when people are high this discussion would have taken a different direction.
