Dear Members,

We note that some members thought it best to disregard the end of political session yesterday (20-Mar), and further to disregard instructions of the Supreme Court in requiring all to uphold the integrity of the court during this sensitive time.

No political discussions are allowed today. Any violators will be strictly censured.

Members joined as individuals how do they get punished on behalf of others?

Lady Admin, this divide and rule tactic is too analogue.

That's all for today children. It is almost 5 o'clock so run along and wait for your parents at the gate so they can pick you. And don't forget to do your homework. Teacher expects you all to be good children. Remember, good children will get certificates on closing day and will even receive an honorary 'Elder of Elders' title. Isn't that exciting children? So, be good ok?

Hehehe. Ama kweli wahenga walisema, ya dunia ni mengi.
All my friends are heathens, take it slow. Wait for them to ask you who you know. Please don't make any sudden moves.

Can we talk about the ministers who had been told to resign and now have been told not to? Or is it assumed that any political post contravenes the rules given by the SC? Can we talk about ICC and the Bensauda witnesses, or lack of? Et cetera?

not gonna happen . wazua has no SERIOUS competition.

The reality for wazua management you cannot regulate the internet they have only two options shut down or open up the politics section.

even the gutter kenya post disabled the comments section while mashada was totally shut down and that solved the problems their admins were facing PERMANENTLY

no two ways about itsmile

Dear Members,

We must commend the conduct shown by all until Noon today - no political discussions have taken place whatsoever. It is easy to take for granted our efforts to run the community, just as we on the other hand could take our members for granted.

A wise man changes his mind, a fool never will.

Let us resume respectful political discussions. Rules and policies remain the same:
1. Every day, one thread only Politics update for [date] will be created
2. All members will be allowed to only post links to reputable news sources with an explaining line or caption
3. Text of article should not be copied in full to the thread
4. No member may post the same link more than once
5. Post should not state personal opinions

If the rules appear too restrictive, simply avoid Politics altogether. It will be critical for members to castigate those who deviate from the rules.

Kindly note, should more than five members willingly violate the rules on any material day, they will have succeeded in freezing political discussions.

The Wazua spirit
To educate, inform, and learn from each other irrespective of our differences.
