So, an EDD calculated on that is, ehhh, provisional Ultrasound dates get inaccurate the bigger the baby becomes. The best EDD is the one taken in the 1st trimester or early 2nd trimester. None of the 2 dates is perfect. There is no way to know the exact moment of conception. Unless IVF was done. Keep your maternity bag ready. Just in case the bun is ready and needs to get out of the oven earlier. And, sort out the anaemia. There is a relationship between anaemia and postpartum haemorrhage. Set out to correct the world's wrongs and you will most certainly wind up adding to them.
