The manifesto has many CAPEX projects and programs which they can only implement through donor support or seeking external financing. The procurement for the laptops, fertilizers, school milk program will have deliberately inflated costs. These guys even promised to build 5 new stadiums ,enyewe wako na kibarua...

Actually the presidents job is purely to nominate the secretaries... They must then be vetted and approved by parliament! I think this will try to solve the incompetence problem...

This high voltage talk may take us back to 2008. What i saw today on the streets is the sign of dangerous rehearsal of what Krieggler was talking about. Raila should just shut up. He is hell bound.
