Antonio Conte basically threw the gauntlet and conceded that they mey a superior Bayern that simply refused them to play. Bayern were pressing the ball like Barca, so much so that at one point I remember Juve could simply not get the ball out of their D as they tried to play from the back! That second goal really killed the game, it will be very hard to beat Bayern in Turin by 3 clear goals, especially after their disappointment of losing the finals in their backyard. I strongly believe Juve had tired legs after that bruising encounter with Inter over the weekend. Bayern basically stormed through Hamburg, 5 nil up at the half and ending up 9-2 winners, yet Jupp Heynkes still played a much changed side! His tactics were spot on, Pirlo was hounded out of the ball every time he got it. An away goal could have kept the Old Lady alive but I fear their campaign is over....Buffon had a night to forget...then again you never know with football.

I was surprised by how well PSG played against Barca despite the 63% possession, they had almost as many on target goal attempts as Barca! The Ibra equalizer was definitely offside. Messi could be out for 3 weeks (longest I've ever seen him injured) after pulling a hamstring but I think Barca still have enough to win at the Nou Camp since PSG have to win or at least draw 3-3...with Puyol and mascherano out of that tie, anything is possible....I just don't see it happening.

For me the tie of tonight is Malaga vs Dortmund - open attacking football. I'm still bitter that it is not Utd facing Galatasaray.Itabidi tutosheke na 20th title after that lethargic display against Chelsea in the FA, nkt!

I know Real are virtually through but they need to be very careful in the return leg. Galatasaray played some really good soccer.

BBI will solve it

Alonzo's last minute yellow card was well timed for the semis and final. I hope it wont come back to haunt RM.

Was hoping to see the end of RM..I have this hatred towards their style of "fair play"..blame it on the special idiot.

there is another draw next week that may just pair the el classico game in semis.

I pray the draw keeps Real and Barca apart (that is if they both sail through to the semis) Pray

Actually I'd prefer a Bayern Barca final...real attacking football. Classico tumeona za kutosha
