Less than a month – Ensure the airport is fully utilized with a minimum of 3 landings per day as this will really help!
The man who marries a beautiful woman, and the farmer who grows corn by the roadside have the same problem

Actually 5 F's are ejected during delivery:

Fluids (urine, maji ya mtoto)
Faeces (poop)
Flatus (kuharibu hewa)
Foetus (the bundle of joy)
F***s (kutukanana vibaya)

Probably if she is going to theater for CS. If the mother-to-be does not eat or drink, she will have no energy to push.

2. breathlessness after a minor task probably due to lack of enough blood as revealed by tests I hope you are on iron supplements. If not, ask your doctor. it's important you have enough blood before delivery. What's your HB?
3. Low blood pressure so my feet are soo swollen. This can be caused by (2) above. Drink alot of fluids. Fluids alone without iron supplements if you are anemic as indicated above will not help. This is very import for you and your child.
4. Severe Heartburn- even a glass of milk sets it off.
