Guys,

Av been away from wazua. I realize so many people are asking for the details of the land. I am posting them here. I am yet to dispose the land coz I have gotten offers for part of the land and not the entire land. Please note:

1. I am selling the land as a block (50 acres together).

2. The selling price is 100k per acre non negotiable.

3. The land is located 14km from maili tisa as yo head towards Nyong'o's land but before you reach it.

4. Viewing can be arranged at the buyer's convenience.
