What if they rule that the 50% threashhold was not satisfied. hence technically a run off.

Still the same.Re-count or another election.
Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm.

For the the saddest thing about this Kibra rally is how it reminded me of PEV.

And how I was locked up in Nakumatt as we couldn't leave. I watched from upstairs and i know what these guys told people.

OAR needs to go to court and be heard there. Not to public rallies. Like someone has said, his cronies around him are lying to him. This cannot honestly be aimed at endearing him to us.

....above all, to stand.

CORD to hold countrywide rallies to thank the people who voted for them saying today’s meeting at KICC will discuss the programme.

If they go before the court has made a ruling, is it an indication that the game is over and this is just a lap of gratitude ?

What exactly do you mean another general election or just the presidential and if so all 8 candidates or just top 2.

No need to get scared.

IG, Kibunjia and Outgoing Presideny are watching.

This Xtry is greater than all of us and one mans greed for power will not be allowed to take us backwards.

In 2007 he incited 41 against 1 and everywhere that the one was they felt beseiged.

This time round the 1 has friends from all over so not sure who will agree to act.

He will ngoa that reli alone!!! Or maybe with Castro.

Love is beautiful and so are those who share it.With Love, Marriage is an amazing event in ones life time, the foundation of joy, happiness and success.

Citizen Odinga's end goal is not necessarily a re-run (CORD know they will lose) but to create enough instability and violence that will either force some nusu mkeka government in return for pulling back their troops or compel the ICC to issue arrest warrants for Uhuruto.

Meanwhile, all duly elected CORD candidates have been called to Nairobi where they will be given a 'message of gratitude' to pass to CORDlets countrywide. Sitashangaa if 'spontaneous' countrywide protests break out if the SC do not rule in his favor. Bottom line, Citizen Odinga knows as things stand today it is impossible for him to take power and become president through the ballot. He is looking for another route.

Well said. RAO is trying to remain relevant.

1) The media has kind of ignored him (even the SK royal)

2) The senators and elected Cordisians are not so enthusiastic with mapambano or to resign or re-runs so we will see support going down apart from hardliners like hassan and Ababu. People like mr. Katikati and Kidero are nowhere in sight. Others are lobbying for positions in govt.

3) Wananchi are tired - that didn't actually look like kibra and as time moves, his rallies will have nobody. Actually those who will show up will be to see the 'newest' mad man in town. The foot soldiers need to pay rent and eat so nobody is going to waste time with him.

4) ICC is watching and these guys have to observe restraint.

5) He committed to go to the courts if he has any grievances

6) Everyone is broke and his sponsors will not spend an extra penny on him. I would not be surprised if they are demanding their money back.

We all know RAO has played a big role to bring about democracy in our country. We give him respect for that. That's something nobody can take away from him, but let him not bring down the whole country with him.

True except the ones in bold.ICC cant take CORD to court as they are their pupprets or said otherwise they serve the same master.ICC is for the enemies and competitors of Raila.
They are loaded with cash and will fund him to the tooth as long as they bring the country down. That si the way they work. They knowRaila cannotbe elected president even unopposed so they are reverting to other means.
