Now in the election-period's wazua language, was the rally in Kibra still a "Mazishi" or it was above the threshold?

IEBC: The CORD coalition has no mandate to order the commission to give them any documents. Everything is within the public domain.

I thought kibera has a new MP? Did he seek permission? This kind of politics of perpetual campaign not in good faith. I bet someone is wishing there was civil disorder so they can get bargain power!

Is there away he can be banned from talking about the case in public? if a company is in court regarding a certain matter, they usually are not able to comment in public on the ongoing court cause..

If a person, or group of people are planning to subvert the will of the Kenyan people expressed freely on the ballot. This is betrayal of our new constitution, this is treason.

guys you are hitting so hard on the 'losers' cant you give them time to heal.
as 50.07% celebrate another 49.97% are mourning.
thrashing a mourning person is immoral and dangerous as some people tend to be suicidal when mourning.
you are just widening the divide in the country.
and that's why the losers are fighting back for breathing space with all manner of claims.
give them a break.time is a healer.
the 'losers 'feel excluded.you can just help them by giving them assurances that their worries will be addressed Not bashing them.

Which 49.97%.....it was 42.03%

Of course 100%- 50.07% yields 49.97% which is the percentage of the voters who voted for the other candidates.d'oh!

Of course not, 49.97% - 42.03% = 7.94 ALL who conceded and are willing to work with the President elect, let the resident-elect Laughing out loudly console his team with sth else.

Citizen Odinga's end goal is not necessarily a re-run (CORD know they will lose) but to create enough instability and violence that will either force some nusu mkeka government in return for pulling back their troops or compel the ICC to issue arrest warrants for Uhuruto.

Meanwhile, all duly elected CORD candidates have been called to Nairobi where they will be given a 'message of gratitude' to pass to CORDlets countrywide. Sitashangaa if 'spontaneous' countrywide protests break out if the SC do not rule in his favor. Bottom line, Citizen Odinga knows as things stand today it is impossible for him to take power and become president through the ballot. He is looking for another route.

On a serious note, this guy should be arrested and arrested and charged for incitement. He want to create a 'crisis' , so that he can demand for a nusu mkate. I did not know the so called 'reformist' and 'democrat' would sink this low.
Infact we have started wondering whether if he had won, he would have handed power after a subsequent defeat. Wake up Oar ama uamushwe.

All my friends are heathens, take it slow. Wait for them to ask you who you know. Please don't make any sudden moves.
