........armchair lawyers don't understand why CORD has taken IEBC and Safcom to court compelling them to give the info.....of cause most probably they will not oblige.......the final case is being built, these aint your fellow armchair lawyers handling this case for CORD.

Even the defendants will have their own lawyers.Above all apart from the best lawyers,the law will have to be applied irrespective of the lawyers handling it.

There is such a thing as bad lawyering. The quality of lawyers counts for something.
I'm glad this case is being filed.
Looking forward to being told where the 9 billion ++ we spent went to.

I have no problem with the case as it is someone's constitutional right....but is built around where/how the 9B was spent?Sad

Nope. Raila, Muthama and company went to Kibera and said kina Uhuru are thieves and they shall face the consequences of stealing the election. Basically they were whipping up peoples emotions for who knows what purpose
