When is the current occupant supposed to vacate?? Could the court case be a well orchestrated move to buy time so that current tenants continue to enjoy the taxpayers service (same as Shell hse). Would it be in order to vacate first and then continue trying to save their skins in court given that they have a constitutional right to be heard.
