We wait for that!

High Court has ruled the matter as urgent, ask CORD to serve IEBC and Safcom, ruling tomorrow morning!!!

We are getting caught up in unnecessary tribal supremacy contests disguised an argument on merit of the petition. We have a big collective weakness in our nascent value system - We habitually want to sweep under the carpet errors and mistakes and put up brave faces pretending this are perfect. That's why you will see families enjoying ill gotten wealth from proceeds of corruption brought home by the mzee of the house and collectively the same family turning up in church and actively engaging in front line church activities. You will find parents harbouring a 'jambazi sugu' in their house but enjoying the proceeds of 'ujambazi' and when he is gunned down you find the same parents claiming the police wrongfully shot their son...examples are many.

My point here is grave aspersions are being cast on one of our integral institutions that is required to be above reproach and rather than wait and get facts we are caught up in a tribal contest specifically Luo vs Kikuyu but disguised as pro UK / anti Raila. Ladies and gentlemen the petition is against IEBC and not UK. UK was pronounced winner of the poll and can carry on with his duties. The debate we want is on IEBC. I have said here previously, I voted and was astonished by the mediocrity of the voting processes yet Hassan and team spent the whole year travelling and buying all sorts of gadgetry. Hassan at the same time spent the whole year shmoozing us telling us how well prepared they were for the elections! Remember this was the same guy asking for 35billion, thank God Githae and Kinyua refused with the money. I have a strong ICT background and have built systems that use biometric readers and the level of failure of IEBC voter identification was well ochestrated. They were using different devices and formats for identification on March 4th from what they used to capture finger prints in december during the registration! I actually laughed and asked the officers whether they were seriously interested in identifying us using biometric readers or it was a prank they were pulling on Kenyans (knowing kenyans have no clue on ICT on average) to which I was told to go ask Hassan since he was giving directives! In short I believe we ought to demand that Hassan and team leave office for gross waste of tax payers money and creating unnecessary anxiety and the divisions we have. All that was required was proper working of instruments and we would have now moved on on in the next process happy or chaffed by how each of our favorites performed.

Certainly, congratulating IEBC is engaging in self delusion! what we should have had was a thread apologizing to the late Sam Kivuitu (RIP) posthumously. Isaac chose to lie about the proceedings and kept smothering the population, unfortunately the population was so stupidly engrossed with their stupid nonsensical tribal supremacy expectations that they swallowed hook line and sinker all the garbage and lies Hassan spewed. The late mzee just happened to utter his thoughts loudly and we blamed him for saying the truth. Remember we hate the truth in this country!

Can my Kyuk brothers and Luo cousins (this is factual) tell me where this hatred they have for each other emanates from. You are neither neighbors, don't share a fence, don't engage in the same economic activities and only compete once every 5years. Please don't pretend you don't hate each other! ! HOW THE HECK CAN TWO TRIBES HATE EACH OTHER this much!

IMHO, the most important thing on this thread will be to demonstrate how the failure of the BVR system, and tallying/relaying systems favoured the winning side and how it contributed to loss of votes by CORD.

Over to you.

I maintain, there will be no case. The opposition to having a case will come from within CORD. It is good to see they have called a meeting of all CORD elected MPs, Governors and Senators come Monday. It is not in the best interests of any of them to have this case take place. For those who know that politics is about interests watch carefully what unfolds in the next few days.

I have a hunch it may start with the Wiper elected members. When you see the Governor elect of Machakos (former government spokesman) alongside others call a press conference listen carefully.

Today's petition is to compel the IEBC and Safcom to release data required!!!!

What is Safcom supposed to provide again? Every time I re look at CORDs demands, I realize they are just groping in the dark. Call this petition off, re-strategize for the next election, because this one has passed you.

That's what I keep saying. You can't accept results of five elective posts and say tampering of voter registration affected the presidential race only. Voter registration numbers affect the whole electoral process, and that will mean doing another voter registration exercise and new elections. Mwaka moja na...pap!
