Suppose we had a cabinet of three,KIbaki RAO and Kalonzo.With Kibaki heading all finance /economic and security related matters,Raila heading engineering,social matters and Kalonzo legal and constitutional matters wouldn't we have a great country without side shows ? wouldn't we have great savings? wouldnt the country be more united ? The permanent secretaries to lead the current ministries which woul now be departments and report directly to each of the three.I think this is the radical way we should follow for now .Sack all ministers.Lets have the three lead the way.Your take?

PNU would always win incase of a cabinet vote. But not a bad idea... good saving on BIG cars running cost and salos.

what would happen to portfolio..

that do not sit well in the three.....

say Ministry of Women (Gender and Social Affairs...etc)........

What a silly idea.

Why not come up with a practical number like 15 ministers,no assistants.

On what basis should Kalooser be included with the principles,let him move to the opposition where he should have been all along,then you can propose a cabinet of 2!!

Obi,Kalonzo commands about 8% of the Kenyan population 38m .he cannot be ignored.He could represent the minorities.Three isn't a bad number .No side shows or power struggle as all will have enough in their plates.Permanent secretaries would work withouth political interference.

I am told even his 8% is not very happy with him. At present MK is using him and will soon toss him out to the hyenas.
