Looking at Oraro's submission, reality will dawn on Kenyans when our lawyers will start proving how some 703,019 Votes were rigged in the Supreme Court. It will be shocking when Telephone Conversation (Admissible), Bank Accounts, Death threats, et al. shall be laid bare in front of all Kenyans. Our Opponents forgot they were communicating in open GPRS Protocols - The digital team forgot to secure their communications channel!! In the next ten or so days be prepared for massive resignations, embarrassment and reality checks, this will affect top government officials, journalists, some commissioners, media houses etc - after the submissions you will understand why Obama Compared Kenya to Syria.. To Our supporters stay Calm and maintain peace as we release the Jocker Card and wait for a re-run.. #PEACE

PANG'ANG'A

And you discovered all this things after you lost? One of the things you have to be vey good in as a Nairobian/Kenyan is how to spot bullcrap from a mile away and these is nothing but bullcrap!!! And Obama did not compare Kenya to syria!!! Seriously???

Bullcrap!!! Kajwang' is a [disgraced] lawyer! He know that it would help their case to discuss existing evidence in public before it is adduced in court because it will afford the opponent more time to prepare. the only reason he's talking about this things is because they are just but a figment of his own imagination.

Insists that Kenya is a democratic society and they must be heard.

Nini hii sasa.

Sounds to me either like:-

1. A secret harambee to raise funds.
2. A covert attempt for Raila or Cord to appoint new party leaders after attacking Raila for failing to concede, and making up a fake 'case'.The way kina wako, kilonzo and orengo were watching him from under a tree? Kuna kitu.

I think they will make them resign their positions as they cant say the election was not credible the still accept their wins from the same elections.Liar

I would love to see this happen! Ever heard about the law of self preservation? This fellows spent a fortune campaining! Why throw all that away because a fellow lost fair and square? You resign and the case is thrown out, then what? You run against candidates sponsored by the "ruling party"? Even the likes of Nyong'o and Midiwo would think twice given they can't win a fair ODM nomination! The fellows in major towns like Nairobi would get kichapo cha mbwa. For starters, you can bet Kidero would not be running against Waititu!

I admire the way "Total Man" handled such matters: no threats, no press conferences; no display of legal teams! You simply got Court summons; media only finds out from court records and before you know it, some one is slapped with a sh20m bill for damages... then the Total Man continues with his life as if nothing has happened!

What did they say about empty cans?
Nothing is real unless it can be named; nothing has value unless it can be sold; money is worthless unless you spend it.

Get my facts right? Did you read the link? They are talking of Monday NEXT WEEK (the last day to file the case), yet they have planned a major meeting at KSMS, all county reps, mpigs to senators, governors of cord to attend, can't you see what is going on here?
