Cant they just drop the case.. RAO becomes states man and we move on...

further more.. the presidency in the current constitution is very weak.. cant even drink water without asking the senate and or the lower house... and incase he does the courts under Mutunga are open...

The biggest issue in Kenya has been resource distribution.. the devolved govt should be able to do it properly.. kama governor wenyu at lala shauri yenyu (why does Kabogo n Joho come in mind here?)

As a friend mentioned.. this was a retirement benefit for RAO after years of giving to the nation.. while to the UHURUTO team it was life and death.. they must have had plan A to Z and A worked..
The govt will be run by competent cabinet secretaries.. the two will have ICC case to dismantle.. and once its done it will be how to handle 2017..

The people who feel left out should simply concentrate on their governors and watch in classic power games.. the duo sort themselves out in the next 5years.. RAO being in the picture just gives them a common point to remain united..

BTW, why is UK recieving military and inteligence briefing and orientation, yet the Supreme Court can overturn his status.

Orengo: IEBC refusing us to access documents.

I thought you had evidence already?

I sincerely hope IEBC comes out to clear the air.

You cant take me to court then ask me for the documents to prove your case..... If i were IEBC, i'd say we meet in court. I bet all parties were given all the documents they required during the tallying. Now is time they all produce what they have in court.... how does it become a court petition if you do not have the facts already? Ama nini inaendelea hapa?

ARTICLE 259. (6) If a period of time prescribed by this Constitution for any purpose is six days or less, Sundays and public holidays shall not count when calculating the time.

Very odd press briefing for such a serious matter.

George Oraro was missing.

This was not a legal briefing.

Only the politicians were there.

What was the press briefing about?
