Sample this:
- Case will be decided in 14 days time, circa 25thMar. - The decision could be a re-run in 60 days meaning end of May... - Just in time for Ruto's trial at ICC.
RAO has a game plan. remember he is a politician.
One thing that could work to his disadvantage is some of his lawyers. Most of them are NOT only Lawyers BUT ALSO politicians. That combination knows too well the buttered side of the cake.
Besides, some of those guys cant wait to chart their own political destiny...you know who. Ever heard of sympathy votes - seeing he's already "touched" many hearts with that weep - and "voted in absentia" - (is latter allowed by our constitution by the way)? Unless you are saying they'll be locked up.

For starters I don't believe an iota in the collapsed ICT system. I actually believe it was deliberately set up to fail and largely a facade and would therefore would be interested in knowing what happened to the 9B spent. Did anyone notice when we were registering we used a different device to capture all finger prints (simmilar to those used at KAA airports) and when we went to vote the device in use was an index finger print reader like the one used by medical insurance provider for identification at hospitals. I am familiar with the software that runs these identifiers and you can't do the interchange IEBC was attempting. It struck me as odd when I found a different device on the polling day. Unless the device was to capture new finger prints on the day.
It's late in the day but I would like our institutions to remain impartial and above reproach. I personally have serious misgivings about IEBC not because of presidential tallies but how they have conducted themselves since they went into office. Procurement scandals and issues to me reek of corruption! I thought the reason Rao is going to court is because he believes the tallying was wrong and hence gave his competitor advantage over him. As any IT guy will tell you, systems fail ALL THE TIME. Just because people use computers doesn't mean they're full proof. Case in point, i have backed up all my data on my laptop to my external hard drive -> because system failure is expected. Not an excuse but that is not really grounds to say the election was bungled, haven't we produced governors, senators, county reps etc from the same? Why should it be different on the presidential one? As regards corruption am sure that can be looked at later date since according to me it did not result in failure of the tallying process. “People will believe a big lie sooner than a little one, and if you repeat it frequently enough, people will sooner or later believe it.” ― Walter C. They will just look up for the next "saviour" in line and give him/her the votes. Via Cord Effect FB page http://www.facebook.com/...&id=212810272177254 FROM Otieno Kajwang' Looking at Oraro's submission, reality will dawn on Kenyans when our lawyers will start proving how some 703,019 Votes were rigged in the Supreme Court. It will be shocking when Telephone Conversation (Admissible), Bank Accounts, Death threats, et al. shall be laid bare in front of all Kenyans. Our Opponents forgot they were communicating in open GPRS Protocols - The digital team forgot to secure their communications channel!! In the next ten or so days be prepared for massive resignations, embarrassment and reality checks, this will affect top government officials, journalists, some commissioners, media houses etc - after the submissions you will understand why Obama Compared Kenya to Syria.. To Our supporters stay Calm and maintain peace as we release the Jocker Card and wait for a re-run.. #PEACE
