1. National Cohesion - Affirmative action for marginalised, all IDP's resettled, 30% appointees to positions being women, youth and disabled.

2. Security - Shake up of NSIS, new Anti-terrorism act, modern equipment, improve police pay, CCTV, bolus technology to tackle cattle rustling.

3. Trade & Foreign Affairs - Redefine foreign policy, engage traditional powers US,UK, EU as well as emerging powers BRICS, deepen economic ties in EAC & COMESA

4. Arts, Sports & Culture - Host AFCON 2019 & World Athletics Championship 2019, restore Safari Rally to WRC, national sports lottery, tax incentives for sports, promote local film.

5. Healthcare - increase health budget 6-15%, free pre and post natal care for women, improved pay for nurses and doctors, free mosquito nets for all.

6. Education - solar powered laptops for all kids, increase schools in disadvantaged areas, 90% transition from primo to seco, boarding schools in pastoralist areas.

7. Youth Empowerment - 2.5% of revenue for YEF etc etc.

Well,those were promises,they will remain so.

No country in this world has ever given all primary kids a laptop each.

@faa.....They promised every every kid entering Standard one which ibelieve is achieveable.

clearly not a priority, many schools in the rural areas luck text books and proper class rooms...let's forget this laptop business for now ..
