Wendz is right. If the other presidential candidates decide to reverse their decisions (I don't think they will) then they will have to be included.
More critically is, if the verdict is that IEBC failed, would the same questionable IEBC carry out the repeat elections/run-off? I don't think so.
We would need to form a tribunal to investigate their conduct first as per the requirement of the constitution when dealing with an independent office. Now this would take months!
