After a quick look at demand and supply. Overall supply has reduced and at higher prices. Supply has backed off. The rally is so on.

I believe that with industrialisation taking off one of the biggest gainers in this will be Transcentury. I think with their diverse investments especially in power they'll make a killing plus now that their best friends are in gov't... At 28/= this should be a good hunting ground and then watch as the stock rises to the IPO price of 50!
