False. Land was categorised as Goverment Land, Communal Trust Lands, Private Land, and Bounderies land by the Constitution and was safeguarded by Govt. through Ministry/Commisioner of lands and the National Land Alliance representing the private sector.

One of the things that tainted MK's government image was the issue of Skewed appointments (regionally) to certain Key positions.

Are like to see this under UK?

By my records his dad was the best of immediate post independent African heads of State, so I agree with you in that regard.
