From there he can appeal to Hague, ICC. Does the ICC hear election petitions from member states? in 2007 he consulted some sangoma somewhere in South Africa for spiritual intervention so that he could win the elections. In 2013 he sent emissaries to Olumba Olumba in Nigeria for the same task. Probably he might consult the ICC. The Olumba thing just shook me. You want to tell me that his juju is stronger than from Kitui? He has been retained to ensure Coard wins the case.

They should tell him anawaibisha.A man must learn to let go............there is time for everything.........A time to w ............and a time to LOOSE (LOSE).
We are wasting time and time is money his constitutional right not withstanding.
I find it strange that forever he is the one who is shortchanged. Raila represents over Five million people who voted for him. They have no problem with him having their case heard. It is not a waste time. It is a constitutional requirement/right. So let the supreme court talk and Raila and his followers will respect that. In Kenya today the law is supreme.

Is it true that miguna miguna said that he(Raila) used to visit a witchdoctor in TZ but now goes to Kit Mikaye at night for some rituals and sacrifices with a witchdoctor there?

I dont know if this is as light as we are taking it. Look at it this way. Raila, in his petition, claims there are places in his strongholds where the number of registered voters were reduced and added to his opponents strongholds. If this is true, then wouldn't it mean that those MPs, governors, senators etc in those affected areas were also elected "fraudulently" to use someone's word .... Now, if the whole IEBC process was "flawed", then, does it mean that we would have to repeat the whole thing again? The senators, WR, CR, governors - the whole works? Is there a possibility of other candidates coming out to claim they were also "rigged" out based on the outcome of the case? What would be the implications of only calling for presidential recounting/re-run and not the others or calling for a whole general 're-election"? Someone educate us.

But do we close our eyes as if nothing happened and pretend all is well and move on, wait for the next election with the same faulty electronic system and ill-trained IT guys? What should we do? For me it is good to tackle these issues and even if the court sees it too expensive and time consuming they should say so but point out the key areas that need to be improved, and chief among them would be firing the whole IEBC team. They duped Kenyans. My two cents!
