After a quick look at demand and supply. Overall supply has reduced and at higher prices. Supply has backed off. The rally is so on. Sellers dictating the price. The investor's chief problem - and even his worst enemy - is likely to be himself

I believe that with industrialisation taking off one of the biggest gainers in this will be Transcentury. I think with their diverse investments especially in power they'll make a killing plus now that their best friends are in gov't... At 28/= this should be a good hunting ground and then watch as the stock rises to the IPO price of 50!
