Just wondering, what if the judges rule against him and he protests citing partiality, what's his next course of action?

From there he can appeal to Hague, ICC.

Just put yourself in his shoes. Would you go to court? I would. I would look for every excuse and reason. He still has a chance IMHO

The only chance he has is having the elections nullified and taking us back to the polls. What would be the outcome? He would lose again. The difference is not the 8K votes UK has above the 50%+1 threshold, its the 800K+ votes he beats Raila with. Where will RAO get that vote? Its a lost cause. He will lose even with a greater margin, Ruto has been winning more hearts with his weeping and emotional speeches.

Now guys, Raila will not concede as per your advice, he has gone to court, we can only wait for the coutcome, the evidence is too solid for the case to be dropped!!!

We are not against him seeking redress with the courts, is his constitutional right. The question I am asking then what? Do you believe he still has a chance in a re-run/runoff. This is the political angle he needs to look at, not only the judicial one.

There is no doubt in my mind that the people spoke. But I doubt if what they said is exactly what was in their minds. Probably if there is a run-off they will say exactly what was in their minds this time round.
...It within everybody's right to go to court if or she feels aggrieved and that is exactly what Raila has done. He has categorically said that he will respect the outcome of the courts. So good people let us stop yapping about what Raila should or should not do. He will do what he thinks is best for him, his followers and the country.

Does the ICC hear election petitions from member states?

in 2007 he consulted some sangoma somewhere in South Africa for spiritual intervention so that he could win the elections.

In 2013 he sent emissaries to Olumba Olumba in Nigeria for the same task.

Probably he might consult the ICC.

Good thinking. We may not because the courts may rule otherwise. But if we do, so be it. Let us vote for our candidates in a process that is seen to be fair. We should stop demeaning each other. That will not help anybody and I do not think even if Raila won, my wealth would increase. Five years down the line that lady I saw on TV saying she will have a job in an office is just nothing but a pipe dream. There will be no laptops for school children even in Gatundu. The earlier this dawns on us the better. When the courts rule and say Uhuru is our president, that will be so and I will respect him as my president.
