So this time it might be the media has altered the figures in Cord strongholds.

Remember after the close of registration on 18th dec, a list was released. The iebc then undertook a clean up of the register where it was found that in some areas there was double registration and other errors. The final register was then released to the public in february 2013 for scrutiny, copies of which were given to all political parties. To confirm do a search on iebc final register and compare with iebc presidential results final and you will find there are no inconsistencies
