Wapi wazee wa Rika ya RAO.They are letting him down. They need to meet urgently and head to RAO home for a Mzee to Mzee talk.

They should tell him anawaibisha.A man must learn to let go............there is time for everything.........A time to w ............and a time to LOOSE.

We are wasting time and time is money his constitutional right not withstanding.

I find it strange that forever he is the one who is shortchanged.

Just put yourself in his shoes. Would you go to court? I would. I would look for every excuse and reason. He still has a chance IMHO

WHY RAILA ONLY OPTION IS TO CONCEDE.

I actually feel sad for him but he should concede to save face. I think another loss at the court will diminish the respect he still have and control of ODM. This court case might just see one of these bright lawyers rise up to take his place.

The court can order a run-off but he would lose miserably because Western and Coast will not turn out to vote as they now have their MPs, Senators and Governors meaning and their regions have little or no stake in the presidency (since Kenyans vote regionally and ethnically). I can also bet you Central and Rift will turn out in large numbers for Jubilee. I don't know about Kambas.

He should also relinquish the leadership of ODM and second a younger Senator to take his place before a dissenting Senator/MP/Governor performs a hostile take over/coup from within which is eminent with him out of power.

Another point to note is the Senate and Gubernatorial positions are a stepping stone to presidency and RAO will be stumbling block for ODMers eying the presidency. I don't see the Governors and Senators full-heartedly backing his bid here.

BBI will solve it

The only chance he has is having the elections nullified and taking us back to the polls. What would be the outcome? He would lose again. The difference is not the 8K votes UK has above the 50%+1 threshold, its the 800K+ votes he beats Raila with. Where will RAO get that vote? Its a lost cause. He will lose even with a greater margin, Ruto has been winning more hearts with his weeping and emotional speeches.

Now guys, Raila will not concede as per your advice, he has gone to court, we can only wait for the coutcome, the evidence is too solid for the case to be dropped!!!

@McReggea, you always have credible solid and reliable sources.

Kindly look for a job elsewhere, the secretariat can no longer afford to pay you. Your propaganda has been proved to be ineffective. Take it easy like @Ngalaka and @Keraka

We are not against him seeking redress with the courts, is his constitutional right. The question I am asking then what? Do you believe he still has a chance in a re-run/runoff. This is the political angle he needs to look at, not only the judicial one.

I would like OAR to do it differently. Go to court, hopefully win and then step down just to prove that the system was flawed so that in future the electoral body needs to be serious. they have been getting away with it for too long.

Just wondering, what if the judges rule against him and he protests citing partiality, what's his next course of action?
