In any case, if, electronic systems etc failed or were claimed to be found in doubt containing malware, spyware and so on, a manual recount of each vote will be the full-proof system to determine the winner, why is Raila then taking a full-proof/perfect manual count that has been very well carried out in the presence of his agents and observers to court, rather than concede? I think iebc were lucky this perfect manual count occurred. Let the world see the kind of unrealistic person many of us were voting against. And people think this man would have ever let the presidency out of his hands once elected.
