Njoki Ndung'u on leave - what does it mean for the RAO petition?

Accroding to Citize TV, Njoki Ndung'u, one of the supreme court judges, is on maternity leave. Will she have to be recalled to make the number of judges odd or shall they drop one judge so that only 5 decide on the petition?

Correction: She just called to say she is back on duty.

Kalpana Rawal is not yet in Supreme court and as you say Njoki Ndungu is on leave so 5 judges will determine the case.Just curious,who is the father of the kid?

She has been close to Pamba's family but on this one just like Kioni set a precedent,she may face the mountain!!!

You CANNOT stop any of them from sitting! We'll just have to hope they don't vote 3 - 3. Someone had foreseen this and argued that the DCJ should be replaced ASAP to avoid an even numbered Supreme Court! Nobody listened. To late!

But who in their right mind will vote in favour of petitioner?? It will be 6 - 0 to throw it out.
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
