cabinet secretaries will need to be very good politicians, some of the names being mentioned can not hack it.

Why are we so eager to mention names? Why not mention ideas that need to be implemented so that interested parties can bid with their proposals?

For example, who can implement the technology savvy education system, and create varied benefits from money to labor quality?

Making this an issue about names is inviting corruption.

One job already taken though is the President's speech writer.

The lady who led the prayer yesterday is 22 year old Julie Wangombe who also wrote UK's acceptance speech. Very impressive.

who has the national assembly (mps)number per party.if uhuru allies are fewer in Parliament it wont be that easy to appoint cabinet secretaries. according to article 152(2)approval of national assembly is necessary.
we have one of the best constitution in the world

If I got it right the Jubilee coalition has the majority circa 159.The nominations will increase that number and they hope to woo MaDVDs peoples as well as the independents when making decisions.I am sure the wooed group will naturally accept.

How I pray Mutungas team will act fast.

And BTW Madam Njoki Ndungu is nursing a newly born young man.Being on Maternity leave means what to the constitution of the bench? They cannot work as six....lawyers kwa nyumba???

Supreme court is properly constituted when there are 5 judges.In the absence of Kalpana Rawal who is yet to be sworn in and Njoki Ndungu as you put it that she is on leave,then it can still go ahead with the case.What I am not sure is what if.........

how about fewer minsistries and total non involvement of the state in commercial enterprise? no need for finance,agriculture,transport ministries, the role of the state should revert to purely what it was meant to which is to safeguard the liberties of the citizenry
