Does our constitution provide for the this position in parliament?.

Can it be taken by Kalonzo now that the PM is not a member of parliament?

Not in constitution however we have Leader of Majority and leader of minority in both parliament and senate.

I don't see there being 'opposition', I see 'regulation' as the way forward.

Everything will be 'dynamic'.

There is no opposition or Government since Cabinate secretaries are not MPgs. Clear separation of duties.

Hapo iko shida. In the US for example, a democrat senator can vote against his party on principle. Similarly, Republican will vote with Democrates against his own party's wishes.
Can that happen in Kenya. Our MPs have always voted on party lines even if its not good for the country

There will still be opposition. The leaders of CORD in Parliament and Senate will try to oppose the government while TNA and URP will support the government. Remember Mutula Kilonzo's first agenda in the Senate will be to impeach President Uhuru Kenyatta. So very soon you will see who the opposition is and who the government side is. The point man for the government in the senate I think will be Kiraitu Murungi while the opposition leader will be really crowded James Orengo, Mutula Kilonzo, Moses Wetangula, Otieno Kajwang.

I am also very happy that Bonny Khalwale will be in the Senate, you can be sure is a one man opposition all by himself.

Did Kalonzo nominate himself for Parliament? If he did expect him to play the leader of opposition function though he will have to fight it out with Jakoyo Midiwo and Ababu Namwamba. I expect to see a strong showing from some of the new MPs.

Another tool at Wanjiku's disposal is the ability to create competitive products against government sponsored ones.

In our country politics will be centered on increasing incomes. Therefore negotiations will be limited to creating opportunities and taking advantage of them.

We are better off.

Realistically we know Jubilee affiliates will be 'government' side and the rest 'opposition' but this are not recognized under the constitution.
