I think he may totally ignore PK. He is too close to home yet he is not a close associate so he does not add anything to him politically while at the same time he does not have the 'my man' tag. His only qualification is his talent.

Finance is the one docket every president will want to guard jealously so he will want his own guy in there. Uhuru having worked in Finance I can imagine he might just keep the same people who are there now by say appointing the current Permanent secretary Kinyua to Cabinet secretary.

As for Ruto his crew comprises of David Langat of Sunrise resort Mombasa,Maiyo of Amaco Insurance,Kiprop of Buzeki Group,Changwony a Kenyan businessman in Zanzibar,Abdi Jelle an Eldoret businessman,Ali Punjani a Mombasa based businessman,Farouk Kibet who is his errand boy.
