We should just let the supreme court determine whether this was Democracy on Trial or Triumph of Democracy.
But in all honesty, chances r very slim 4 RAO. Possession is 9/10 of the law na cheti ki mfukoni.
It is a curious fact that of all the illusions that beset mankind, none is quite as curious as that tendency to suppose that we are mentally and morally superior to those who differ from us in opinion.

Sure, RAO and his handlers will have their 15 minutes of fame in court. While at it make some lawyers earn money for what he was told for free by Mutahi Ngunyi.

I think RAO is just looking for a soft landing for himself....just to painful to accept reality outright.

Did I hear him about to explain some conspiracy just before he was cut off by NTV, while answering a question from some foreign journalist?!? signs of lack of substance

i dismissed him when he talked of some areas having more than 100% voting coz none of results by constituency that was announced by IEBC has this. Even my own spreadsheet here doesn't. then he talked of his team being thrown out, well both TNA and CORD were thrown out after ODM guys started shouting. IEBC had a right under law to do so.

There will be no case here!

Like I said, his handlers failed him from the start, and are still failing him. Ida, step in and take control and drum some good sense into your man.

Doesn't Kalplana require parliamentary approval first?

There is something he said about I think Mbita that the number of registered voters was reduced. Were voters sent away without voting? How does this affect the final tally?

What RAO is saying is that the full election was a sham and should be repeated, starting from County Reps to President.

McR,
How will the evidence be secured from IEBC i.e voters registers,BVR kits which 'failed',the server(intact),sealed ballot boxes, remaining ballots etc..since they may 'tamper' with it?

In my opinion Raila just doesn't know how to face his supporters and explain how he could lose by almost 1m votes yet he was poised to win. So he takes a useless case to court knowing full well it will be dismissed and then continue to tell his supporters that he was robbed of victory
