Cord is preparing ground for rejection of final results! They also have fimanciers who had hoped to recoup by getting contracts etc and they have to show strong face otherwise refunds will be demanded! Jubilee better hope for decisive win of +1m votes not justl 50%+1

Shame on you I don't think anything other than the supreme court can help if it comes to that. In Kenya today mass action is impossible. At least any one calling for that would not have any moral support.
Conventional thinkers waste time building shelters when they are unnecessary and then have no shelters when they need them the most. Socionomists do the opposite.

I think CORD doesn't really know what it wants. they claim IEBC is doctoring results yet, all of them including jub were kicked out. that agents are not verifying the results, and that's for all parties. so who are they doctoring the results in favour of? Because CORD doesn't seem to even insinuate that Jub is involved in all this "malpractice"..... He confirms they were fighting to be admitted into the national tallying centre together..... as in it was Jub & Cord against IEBC.

What i hope is that election observers who came into the country are allowed in the tallying process as well as the media.

@ Wendz have i been vindicated by using this thread title now?

@ Wazua Admin, how comes i am the originator of this thread yet my post is second?

..Meanwhile CORDS legal team will be, G.Oraro, P. Noworjee, J Orengo, C Odera, A Rachier, P Mwangi, M Kilonzo, A Wako, G Imanyara

However i am hearing Noworjee has been retained separately as IEBC's Legal council, let the battle begin..

Some of the accusations i heard clearly with my own two ears was that.
1. "In some polling stations the number of people who voted exceeded the number of registered voters"
2. "that there was massive tampering with the voters register"

Anyone who can independently clarify if this was the case?

Regionally balanced I see. Formidable too. Oraro, Mutula n Odera are Tier I litigators imho.
