Which runoff?....

Rao is saying that they will go to court and hopefully the outcome will be in their favour to force a runn-off

He can make a case for Robo Mkate.....If I were him I wld have conceded defeat and embraced the winner. After all, Life is not about me, myself and I.

I expect him to quote in court of how IEBC should have emulated his key masterpiece, the ODM nominations.

Asked if he would accept a court decision against him, he said; "Of course yes!"
Nothing is real unless it can be named; nothing has value unless it can be sold; money is worthless unless you spend it.

It's only fair that we wait for the courts to do their work guyz.

Sure, RAO and his handlers will have their 15 minutes of fame in court. While at it make some lawyers earn money for what he was told for free by Mutahi Ngunyi.

I think RAO is just looking for a soft landing for himself....just to painful to accept reality outright.

Did I hear him about to explain some conspiracy just before he was cut off by NTV, while answering a question from some foreign journalist?!? signs of lack of substance

See post #24.
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

With Jubilee huge Senate and Parliamentary Majority, Supreme Court should take one look at the case and throw it out, hakuna runoff because what he is asking for is the entire process to be repeated, because the entire process was not credible, therefore the results for all Senators/Mps/and county reps. This is a waste of time and money, Kenya has moved forward.

Guys be fair, he just explained that they made all their concerns in writting to IEBC as per procedure. Since they were not addressed they are moving to Supreme court again as per agreed procedure.

RAO has promised to respect the courts verdict and appealed for peace.

Guyz there are over 5 million Kenyans who are not necessarilly celebrating atleast not for now, so be fair and stop your negative comments.

If the claims are valid let the court decide.

From a party with the most flawed nominations.
Its his right but with IEBC promising to post the figures online and observers saying the results are within range with theirs, it a tough call.
