He has said that the IEBC programmed the computers to fail so that electronic tallying couldn't be done, so that they could rig.

Raila had faith in kivuitu until he lost. He actually actively pushed for his term to be renewed.

Raila had faith in IEBC till he lost.

Now Raila has faith in the Judiciary... till...

Honestly even if he goes to court who believes he will still accept the results.....he might just end up saying he has no faith in the courts !
