I agree with @simonkabz and @jusblazin. Hassan has done a good job. Yes, there is a lot of room for improvement but nobody said the job was perfectly done so I give credit where it is totally due.
Hio mambo ya kits, let's not be naive and imagine that Hassan and team would have been able to weed out the 'rust' which has built over the years in procurement processes. It would be great if we could just wish some problems away but that's not how the world works.
