Apart from rejected voted, there are spoilt votes


Spoilt votes are not cast votes...this are votes arising from votes accidentally (or intentionally) left in polling booths etc.



Remember there was also a figure for DISPUTED votes in addition to the rejected votes. Maybe thats where the difference is.

Watu wanacelebrate wewe bado unapiga kakifua buda! These figures of yours were hogwash n useless. No one could tell untill 290/291 constituencies were done. Most of us predicted a very narrow win or miss. Move on jamaa.
