Prime Minister Raila Odinga will not concede this week's election and will launch a legal challenge if rival Uhuru Kenyatta is officially declared president, an adviser said on Saturday.
Odinga's camp had said during tallying that the ballot count was deeply flawed and had called for it to be halted.
"He is not conceding the election. If Uhuru Kenyatta is announced president-elect then he will move to the courts immediately," said Salim Lone, a close adviser to Odinga.

His handlers failed him. They should have advised him to concede and he'd have emerged strong. If what's said above is true, they just making it worse for him. My heads-up to people of Lakeside City for stating it categorically - "If you're not happy....go to court. We are happy with the results".

What would be interesting to hear is why the tally continued erroneously while they (IEBC) indicated that they were auditing the results. If indeed that figure is correct then I would assume that they would make the corrections before even the other constituencies had reported. Anyway we wait to hear what they say.

Interestingly, the lights have been out in this hood the last hour ..... do you guys have lights? A chopper is making an overpass every fifteen minutes .. Adding 1 and 1 and beginning to get 2.5, don't like being in the dark. Whats happening? Surprise afoot?
