Yes i also want to know .
But it now seems uhuru was like a boxer in the ring with two competitors one rao and the other 50%+1. Rao was hunded a first round knockout but this 50 guy has survived untill round 10.
As i said before jubilee is winning by only 50%+150 votessmile

This rule will be hard to beat only Kibaki in 2002 could have managed . I dont see how it adds value imagine spending another 6B and be declared winner by simple majorityd'oh!
