By using tyranny method what is the possibility that UK may not get the 150K from the remaining constituencies?

10.06pm; Senior reporter Judie Kaberia @Judiejeez says celebrations have kicked off at Jubilee Media Centre in Karen #KEpolls2013

I seriously don't think the Jubilee Team with their deep pockets and such a vibrant elections team would be celebrating just relying on an alleged "error" on the IEBC Board. These guys were well fueled and I wouldn't be surprised if they have better gadgets to monitor results that can rival IEBC's.

Well for those who have not BELIEVED Kenya decided its next president...lets continue waiting, just a few more hours.

So finally there is a possibility of him winning?

Soft landing...perhaps!

A run off will create employment for clerks, presiding officers, returning officers, iebc contractors, campaign logisticians, suppliers etc.Think of how you can make money from the runoff. To me it is better as it will increase the amount of money in some people's pockets even though I am Jubilee damu.

C & P

Hon.Raila Amollo Odinga,

If the results don't go as you wish, don't blame yourself,
blame us Kenyans who are not appreciative that you could
go to prison for 7 years for Kenya, fight for democracy,
end the draconian nyayo era and most recently give us anew constitution.
Your place in history canonly be
compared to Nelson Mandela's. If Kenya goes
to the dogs after tomorrow, you have saved us enough, let us learn the hard way.
Paul Tergat was the best but never won an
Olympic gold, and so are you the greatest leader Kenya has ever had. You are a great man, it is time
to build yourself and let the unappreciative Kenyans
know that for you it was all about Kenya, not yourself.

MAY PEACE PREVAIL IN THIS GREAT LAND....

Jubilee final tally will be 49.97. Run off it is. Unless they go to court to dispute this. Which I think they will.

'Normal outcome'. 'Expect run off now or in the near future', even if a winner is declared.

Plus the numbers on the screen aren't necessarily true. 'Toothcomb'.

I think I need to redefine my priorities. Hii game 'siwesmake'. I can't believe I am busy cheering in a bull fight, while I won't earn anything from it. Not even my freedom!

After the latest (5 cord zones), the 1.136m gap narrows to around 1.006 or thereabouts.

I have already predicted a runoff and I'm correct.

I also predict that the one who goes to court will lose the the runoff.

By the way I am just wondering....what if RAO calls for a press conference right now and concedes defeat. Meanwhile the tallying continues and UK fails to hit the 50% mark. Would we still go for a run-off?
