Ati some 11 constituencies had not been included in the final tally being screened by IEBC & they have admitted????

@McReggae........AChana na hiyo GUiness baridi, there is an emergency here that requires your input.

Basically watu waachane with that figure on the screen, before announcement IEBC and chief agents to toothcomb every constituency with signed figures against the tally figures...........RUNOFF.

Applause yesternite a string of strong holds were read and not updated

Am almost convinced @thimioni's tally last night was accurate. I remember him wondering loudly whether those figures had been factored in earlier. If this is true then some cord agent slept on the job. Na hii mambo ya ku-announce report midnight waache.

Now you have seen.

If I may ask, why only 11 of one candidates strongholds had its results erroneously not entered in the final Tally.Not to appear to be an alarmist Something must be cooking at IEBC and the big guys appear not to be in control.

This was a claim by a Cord agent during the last press conference. Isaack and Oswaggo did not admit that that is the case but promised to check. It's even possible that if there was such an omission that it has since been corrected. We will all see the final tabulation so hakuna matata.

I hate those men
wenye strongholds zao ni romance tu, kunizungusha na ma out, kunidara then kwa bed wanatoa tu provisional
results pekee!
I need a man who have strongholds in bed, aki cum
ni kama votes za Tharaka nithi na bado hachoki ako na come back kama Raila na anaweza maintain a strong lead in bed kama Uhuru! !

Cord will stop at nothing to force a run-off. Kwani these questionable and unfactored constituencies all came from strong hold of one particular candidate. This is soooooo suspect. Once factored, will they make RAO'S shot unsurmountable. I hope Jubilee agents and their lawyers are wide awake. Just concede and the country moves forward.

Total votes cast = X
Half of X = x/2= Y
Uhurus votes =U

therefore, if U-Y is greater 1, no runoff, elseif U-Y is less than 1 or -ve, runoff.

Where X, Y and U are variables depending on IEBC figures.

a quick API to help wazua calculate this smile
package org.iebc.prezzo.votes;

import java.util.Scanner;

/**
* @author xxxx yyyy

public class WinnerCalculator {

/**
* @param args
*/
public static void main(String[] args) {
// TODO Auto-generated method stub

/*
* @non-javaDocs
* Prompt user to enter totalVotesCast,
* 2d prompt - UhuruVotes
*/
Scanner scan = new Scanner(System.in);
System.out.println("Enter total Votes Cast: ");
int totalCast = scan.nextInt();
System.out.println("Enter Uhuru votes: ");
int uhuruVotes = scan.nextInt();

// This sh*t returns true if second roundi :)
System.out.println("Is Second round? : " + isSeccondRound(totalCast, uhuruVotes));
// test data
// isSeccondRound(10115704, 3115704)
}

/**
* evaluate if runoff
*
* @param totalVotesCast (not null)
* @param uhuruVotes (not null)
*
* @return isSecondRound - true or false
*/
public static boolean isSeccondRound(int totalVotesCast, int uhuruVotes) {

int fifty_Percent_Plus_One = 0;

fifty_Percent_Plus_One = totalVotesCast / 2;
int _holder = uhuruVotes - fifty_Percent_Plus_One;

// conditional if
return (_holder < 1 ? true : false); // runoff if true else nope
}
}

Out put with sample data
Enter total Votes Cast:
10115704
Enter Uhuru votes:
6115704
Is Second round? : false
